If you can take direct non-stop flight then avoid the transit visa. Sending originals by mail is always risky. Just my advise.

So what is the roler of a broker/ real estate agent for a buyer.

Ok, if this is true, its sure that your employer is exploiting you and thats shameful. Keep all your correspondence in writing. If employer is not reply in writing somehow record your phone conversation with him and then
1) You have a valid case to file a complaint with the DOL and suing your employer and seek punitive damages. Since your I140 is approved then you switch to another employer and port your PD. Atleast that will not be lost. If the judge grants you the punitive damage, I'd say Dude take that and go back to india cos that money will be enough for you to live a peaceful life there :)
2) In above case the only flip side is that you will not be able to file I485 anytime soon and will loose benefits like EAD and stuff.
3) If you can ride it through, do it and after 180 days using AC-21 change jobs and first thing you do is sue your employer and seek punitive damages. In that case you will have numbers to prove the financial, emotional hardships you experienced in this ordeal.
In either case dont spare the blood-sucking employer. Its employers like these that make general american public think that H1-B is being abused.

i filed my 485/ead/ap in july and i have received my ead. now the situation is very tense for me since my emloyer has stopped paying since july and when i asked for my salaries he said i will revoke your 140 and terminate your job if you crib about salary .
he is doing this to another colleague of my the same thing . now if we leave the company , he will get a valid reason to revoke the 140 and thats why we are not leaving too and we are hardly surviving without salries .
anyone has any suggestions on this issue , i will appreciate any suggestions

If senior citizens have to travel frequently from India to the Bay area (California) what is the most preferred airlines?
Points of comparisons would be pricing (frequent flyer discounts), leg room, optimum layover, wheelchair facility, good in-flight attendance, food and so on...the experience with the emirates has been ok thus far.
emirates didn't provide the wheel chair at the airport although it was made available in india and sfo. also the leg from dubai to sfo is very long.
please share your experiences and provide your feedback.

The antis regularly say that unathorized immigrants get a range of public benefits but don't pay any taxes. Not so. They're paying $8.4 billion a year in sales taxes and $1.2 billion in income taxes. Stephen Colbert on comedy central has turned out to be one of the most influential persons in the media. Along with Jon Stewart, Stephen is supposed to be one of the influencers of young minds for the last congressional elections.
I am not sure if he has really taken any stance on legal immigration. I am confident that it is favorable.
A question is whether IV has really approached Stephen. Lately, I saw Jack Welch on the show. Apparently, every congressmen who appeared on Colbert's show has won the last election.

I had similar RFE where USCIS wanted doctor's original signature.
Doctor's filled out a new form (latest version) with all the information from the old form.No test were done again.But they signed the new form with OLD date.
Did your doctor sign the form with new date?
Also,are you including the old original form that you received in sealed envelope with RFE?I am include the ONLY the new sealed envelope that has latest form as the doctor discarded the old form.
I did not receive old form. I just received the gold color form and the letter stating whats RFE about. I guess since only partial information is missing, they did not send me back the old form. I have not received the new forms from doctor yet. I will get it today. I guess he is going to sign with today's date only. Hope this answers your questions.

2) My wife's AP filed last year took Six months to get approved and what happens if you fly out while your AP is pending / sent for renewal. I read in this forum, not fly out, while you AP is pending.
This is not an issue in your case. It's okay to travel out while your AP application is pending as long as you have a valid current AP. I did this last year after my lawyer confirmed this to me. I also remember seeing a USCIS memo to this effect.

This action simply contradicts the entry on visa waiver. This allows people to visit (ONLY) with no intention of staying.
Coming in before you know your L visa is going to be coming is fraudulent.
If this individual wishes to leave the US they will have to get the L visa stamped in their passport before they can return. Might be asked why they did not get this done to enter the country for their job in the first place.
Have to say this person is going to need some assistance at some point to explain this away.
